In the event of early cancellation of the booking, the client will be given a voucher equal to the deposit (without expiry limits) only if the apartment is re-rented for sale.
The arriving guest is obliged to communicate the approximate check-in time at the facility!
Breakfast is included in the price and is prepared directly in the apartments.
The choice of products is very varied and includes fresh bread, homemade desserts, local cheeses and cured meats but also packaged products, fresh milk, coffee, yogurt, biscuits, butter and jam.
Upon specific request, it is possible to provide a vegan or vegetarian selection of foods, but also gluten free (packaged).
The kitchens of the apartments are perfectly equipped and supplied with crockery, cutlery, etc.
The price also includes bed linen and bathroom linen, as well as electricity, heating and the use of air conditioning. The apartments are cleaned twice a week.
If necessary, guests can make free use of the shared laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers.
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower and have a hairdryer. A courtesy set of bathroom products is also provided.

WE THEREFORE ASK ALL WELCOME GUESTS TO CONTRIBUTE TO NOT WASTING ENERGY BY SWITCHING OFF LIGHTS AND HEATING/COOLING DEVICES WHEN THE APARTMENTS ARE UNINHABITED
