La Scuderia

La Scuderia is our agriturismo newest apartment. It is located on the first floor of a building once used as a stable and saddlery for the farm’s horse breeding farm. Located in the heart of the farm, it offers beautiful views of Perugia and the Umbrian countryside, as well as the riding stables and other farm outbuildings.

It comprises a large kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and the only bathroom with a window, shower, and bidet, accessible from the latter of the two bedrooms. This accommodation is therefore highly recommended for a family.

The furnishings feature traditional pieces, updated with a pleasant restyling and combined with completely modern and minimalist elements. The kitchen has an electric induction stove, as does the entire heating and air conditioning system, powered by the photovoltaic system on the roof.

The double-sloped wooden ceiling, with heights ranging from approximately two metres (minimum height) to approximately 2.70 metres (maximum height), strongly characterises the entire apartment.
