La Porcilaia

It is a one bedroom apartment recently refurbished, obtained in a building separated from the main cottage and it is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The rooms are arranged as follows: from the little main entrance you get to the double room, to the bathroom and then to the kitchen dining room, in which we can add an additional bed.

The comfortable bathroom is equipped with sanitary fittings suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The building obtained from the demolition of the old porcilaia has been designed with the will of recall the architectural typicality of the old rural outbuildings: its roof has the exposed wooden beams hatches and window frames also in wood and terracotta tiles, handmade, for the external walkway.

Internally the modern comfort conjugates with furnishing elements from ‘ and ’800. Also the antique. Even the old manger of the stable has been adapted to a convenient suspended shelf.
